In the fall of 2017 Mid West Coatings officially opened its doors for business. A year of planning and installation of a state of the art electrocoat and powder coat line in a renovated 160,000 sq. foot facility in the Lancaster industrial park resulted in a new coating vendor for Central Ohio customers seeking the best available coatings and service alternative. Mid West Coatings offers coating services direct to OEM companies in the Automotive, Outdoor Power Equipment and Heavy Truck markets.

We offer electrocoat services utilizing PPG AdvantEdge, Tin-free Electrocoat which meets the toughest OEM specifications. We also offer a powder top coat either in-line or in our spray to waste system which can apply any color needed with a quick and efficient changeover.

While the facility and the equipment are new, the expertise and financial strength standing behind the logo is not. The new entity is backed by Mid West Fabricating Company, founded in 1945, and our 25 years in the electrocoat business.
